3445 Board Road York, PA 17406-8409 Tel: 800-233-9382 / 717-767-6881 [email protected] www.dreumex.com Located in York, PA, with its corporate office in Oss, Netherlands, Dreumex has been a leading manufacturer of innovative, heavy-duty hand cleansing and hand care products for more than 70 years. In 2015, Dreumex USA expanded its industry reach with the acquisition of Monk Disinfectant Wipes. The company entered the wipes category because it recognized the use of convenient cleaning and disinfecting products would continue to expand in the future. “We believe the acquisition of the Monk brand was a significant opportunity for us in reaching our goal to become a leader in the disinfecting wipes market,” says Ashley Werner, general manager. Dreumex offers a portfolio of both industrial and disinfecting wet wipes. In the disinfecting wipes category, the company offers the Monk Disinfectant Wipe (general use disinfecting), with consumer retail packaging options and bulk, high traffic packaging options as well as refill dispensers. Under the Dreumex Power Wipes brand, it offers the Dreumex disinfecting wipe (critical disinfecting), which has a two-minute dwell time and a food contact surface disinfecting wipe and a no-rinse formula perfect for the food industry. New to Dreumex’s lineup is the Surface Disinfecting Wipe (high traffic disinfecting) that offers a 30-second SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) kill time and a five-minute dwell time. On the industrial side, the company offers Monk Mechanics and Power Wipes Hand & Tool wipes, which are solvent free and great for automotive, manufacturing and industrial applications. In addition to its own brands, Dreumex partners with several companies in the soap, industrial wipe and disinfecting wipe categories for private labeling. Dreumex uses polyester, polypropylene and blended substrates to produce a strong and dependable end product. The company continually focuses on improving its range with products that are reliable, sustainable and futureproof. “Reducing waste and optimizing efficiency are also important pillars as we look forward,” says Werner. “Dreumex sees the need for sustainability rising on the consumer side, a trend that will be much slower on the B2B side; we will continue to watch as trends change and demand increases.” Dreumex USA currently supplies the North American market primarily in the U.S. and Canada. Its parent company in the Netherlands supplies to the European market in more than 50 countries. Recently Dreumex expanded both production and office space with the completion of a second facility five miles from from its existing site in York, PA. “At the beginning of 2020, we anticipated an expansion to increase production of disinfecting wipes, industrial wipes and hand cleaners. When the Covid-19 pandemic began, we as the leadership team decided it was time to move forward with our expansion, while increasing output at the current facility to support first responders and businesses through the pandemic,” says Werner. The establishment of the second facility, Dreumex USA has tripled production. The new site also includes additional semi-automatic fill lines to support current converting operations; warehouse space for shipping and receiving; two new converting lines; a new semi-automatic filling line for refill bags; and a fully automated filling and packing line for canisters. From product development to production, bottling to packaging, all processes take place under the direct management of Dreumex. “Our manufacturing facilities with fully automatized mixing equipment guarantee consistent quality and performance,” Werner says. “With flexible filling lines for various packaging formats, we can reliably accommodate the market demand. Over the years, our innovative solutions and consistent quality have made Dreumex a growing leader in the industry.”
